Fees are: 1st child $120, 2nd child $75, additional children $65 each. Full payment is expected at time of registration.
To register in the Faith Formation program, a family must meet the following requirements:
- Must reside within parish boundaries (out of parish boundaries registrations will be placed on a waitlist)
- Be actively registered at Our Lady of Guadalupe parish 3 months prior to enrollment of child.
- Attend Sunday Mass weekly and Mass on holy days of obligation.
- Be the parent or legal guardian of the student(s).
- Provide baptismal certificate, if the child is baptized.
- Provide birth certificate, if child is not baptized.
